Do changes go live straight away?
No. Every change is a draft until you publish, so you can work on a page without anyone seeing it.
How do I preview a draft?
Open Presentation in the Studio. It shows the site with your drafts, and every field is clickable.
Can I go back to an earlier version?
Yes. Open the document's history, pick a version and restore it.
Do I need to deploy after publishing?
No. Pages are rendered on request, so a published change shows on the next visit.
